To create tickets for us, there are 2 main ways that you could try:

1. Directly from your mailbox:

You only need to send an email to, describing the issues, queries about our applications.

It is recommended that you attach any screenshot/picture/video related to the issue

2. Through our support gateway

The steps are as below:

- Go to

- Log in (Signup) using your email address, or social accounts

This will help you manage all your tickets easier.

- Click on "New Support Ticket" to create a new ticket, or "Check Ticket Status" (Tickets) to view your tickets
